Staying at this resort for a Family holiday in a 2-bedroom apartment was extremely comfortable. The rooms were very spacious with a nice large balcony, and the room service was exceptional. The large sliding glass doors opened onto our personal outdoor patio with loungers and table and chairs, adding to the overall experience.
I felt like I was in a lovely oasis with rooms that made me feel like I wasn't missing out. The private balcony offered a stunning view of the pool and beyond. The bathroom was luxurious with a fantastic rain shower cubicle and twin sinks, and the closets were spacious. However, the area could benefit from more dining options.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were extremely comfortable with a pleasant balcony view, but the surrounding area was not appealing, and the noise was a downside. The service was friendly and helpful overall, although some issues were not addressed promptly. The beautiful location was close to key attractions, albeit not completely noise-free. The dining options were diverse but the rejection of custom orders was disappointing. The facilities were adequate, with some room for improvement.
Staying at Cascades was a delightful experience overall! The rooms were large, spacious, clean, and equipped with good appliances, including an additional rooftop deck, making it a great place to relax. The service was top-notch with incredibly helpful and friendly staff that truly enhanced our stay. The location was simply amazing, with breathtaking views of the nearby beaches and stunning sunsets. The dining experience was outstanding, offering a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. Definitely a worth-it choice!
Our stay at the hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms offered a beautiful view of the spa pool and coast line, perfect for relaxation, although at times the spa music could be a bit distracting. The family and dog-friendly accommodations were spacious, including a living room with a large sofa bed, separate kitchen, and bathroom with shower/bath. The proximity to the property limit was convenient.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The location outside of the town is modern and very comfortable, with a pleasant covered and furnished balcony overlooking the pool and beyond to Morocco. The service, unfortunately, was surprisingly poor for a five-star resort, which was unexpected. However, the surrounding area is wonderful, and it's great for capturing drone footage. The dining experience was a bit slow, but the daily changing menu for €20 including a drink was a decent value.
